Cindreka D. Marshall
CEO

Mrs. Marshall is native of Dublin, Georgia and has been a practicing Social Worker for more than 16 years. She earned her BSW from Albany State University and completed her MSW as an advanced standing student at Valdosta State University. Currently, Mrs. Marshall is a PHD student at Clark Atlanta University. She has an extensive work history in the field of Social Work and has worked as a Child and Family Therapist, Discharge Planner, medical social worker and Social Services Director. Advocating for vulnerable populations is a passion for Mrs. Marshall. She realized her dream of becoming an owner/operator of a Social Services Organization when she opened the doors of the L.E.G.A.C.Y. in 2011.

Tracey Spike
Case Manager

Tracey Spike is a native of New York City, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Public Administration from Concordia University. She has 15 years of experience working adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Tracey’s passion is to remain an advocate for underserved populations. Tracey believes that change happens when people are given the guidance, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. Tracey provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.

Raina Fielding
Case Manager

Raina started with the Legacy in November of 2019. She is a proud graduate of THE Albany State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Public Administration and Corrections. Raina has extensive case management experience as she started out working for the Department of Corrections as a Behavioral Health Case Manager that worked with individuals of different backgrounds, including mental and physical disabilities. Raina is dedicated and committed, and she strives to make a difference in the lives of others.

Lisa Childers
Case Manager

Lisa Childers is a proud native from Kings Mountain, North Carolina. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Minor in Sociology. She has clinical experience in Nursing, certification in Event Management and earned several outstanding achievements and awards in her career path. She began her career in case management in North Carolina in 1991. Her passion and advocacy for adults/children with developmental disabilities is noted in her career path and consistent in advocating for the best quality of services in the community. Lisa is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. - Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter. She is best described as “Energy in Motion”, known for her dynamic and team- spirited ability to positively impact the community as she serve and advocate for those who are seeking support in everyday living.

Phillip Williams
Case Manager

Phillip Williams is an ordained minister for the last 43 years. He holds a Master of Arts in the Ministry with a consecrating in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Phillip is a native of Rockingham N.C. He is a true Advocate for all people from all walks of life. He enjoys working special population of people with challenged abilities. His Life motto is “If I can help someone as I pass alone this way, then my living will not have been in Vain.” He loves to make people laugh and finds reason to enjoy their lives. 


Tiedre Jordan
Case Manager

Tiedre Jordan is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia.  She holds a Masters in Psychology with a concentration in counseling. She has over 20 years of experience working with the underserved in various capacities. Her belief is everyone matters. She served as a case manager for the Department of Family and Children Services for 13 years. She believes and works hard to ensure equality for adults and children in the community.

Crystal Ashmon
Case Manager

Crystal Ashmon is a proud case manager at The L.E.G.A.C.Y. She earned her master’s degree in School Counseling from Albany State University, and bachelor’s in Human Services from Kennesaw State University. She has over 15 years of experience in case management and counseling, working with individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling, fellowshipping with her church family and listening to music. Her fundamental principle in life is to serve others; she strives to obtain this through building meaningful relationships and being an advocate for those without a voice or have yet to find their voice.  

Kimberly West
Case Manager

Kimberly is a proud native of Albany, Georgia and has been with Legacy for 4 years. She received her B.S. degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Troy University. She prides herself in serving clients by enhancing their lives. Kimberly specializes in evaluating options and services required to meet optimum health and human service needs while treating them with dignity, respect, and integrity. Legacy is a company committed to service and her goal is to maintain this kind of commitment to clients as well.

Sheridan Bell
Case Manager

Sheridan Bell is from Dublin, Ga but currently resides in Savannah, Ga. She is a wife and mother to two rambunctious little boys who keep her on her toes. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fort Valley State University. She has been working in the social work field for 8 years with experience in children/families, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and case management. Over the years, she has gained wisdom from each position she has held and continues to utilize this wisdom as an ICWP case manager. She enjoys helping others and strives to leave a little happiness in the life of each person she meets.

Tarrance Langston
Case Manager

Tarrance is from Decatur, Georgia and has been with since June 2020.  He received his B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education from Kennesaw State University.  He prides herself in serving clients by enhancing their lives and evaluating options and services required to meet optimum health and human service needs while treating them with dignity, respect, and integrity. He is self-motivated with relevant experience in case management, education, and related proficiencies in working with disabled individuals 

Alicia Johnson
Case Manager

Alicia is a graduate of Albany State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She also received a Masters in Education with a concentration in Counseling and psychology from Troy State University. She has been servicing the Southwest GA area for over 19 years working with the aged , and disabled population. It is her passion to continue to be an Advocate for others.

Kia Thompson
Office Manager

Hi my name is Kia Thompson, I serve as the office manager for The Legacy Case Management Inc. Prior to coming to The legacy, I worked three years as a case manager serving individuals with developmental disabilities and 11 years as a special education paraprofessional, serving students with learning disabilities. I have my Associate degree in Health Information Technology and am currently working on my Bachelors degree in Psychology.

 

Chalise Nelson
Case Manager

Chalise was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is currently a Case Manager at The Legacy Case Management Inc. She is dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and to timeliness of services. She loves to interact with people and learn new things.

Demetria Hall
Case Manager

Demetria has six years of experience working with the ICW Program, TBI patients, and case management. She feels that care and professionalism are two core values to have in this job and strives to advocate for the ICWP members on her caseload.
