Leading with Purpose: Our Founder

With over 20 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Cindreka D. Marshall is a seasoned social worker and educator, committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities. A proud native of Dublin, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Albany State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Valdosta State University, laying the foundation for a career devoted to service. She went on to pursue her PhD at Clark Atlanta University, successfully defending her research, “A Comparative Analysis of Parole/Probation Officers’ and Former Inmates’ Attitudes Toward Recidivism,” demonstrating her unwavering dedication to understanding and improving social systems.

Dr. Marshall’s career spans pivotal roles, including Child and Family Therapist, Discharge Planner, and Social Services Director, as well as serving as a professor in the Social Work Department at Albany State University. Along the way, she navigated numerous personal and professional challenges, including balancing motherhood, multiple program interruptions, and committee changes during her PhD journey, but her perseverance and faith never wavered. “Don’t do things on man’s timeline, do them on God’s,” she reflects, a principle that has guided her path and her leadership.

In 2011, driven by her passion to make a meaningful difference, Dr. Marshall founded L.E.G.A.C.Y. to provide lasting support to those in need. Through the organization, she brings not only her expertise and knowledge but also her deep compassion and personal dedication, empowering clients to overcome challenges, reach their goals, and live fulfilling lives. Her story is one of faith, resilience, and purpose, inspiring both her team and the communities she serves.

Shanieka Coleman

HR Administration

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Shanieka Coleman specializes in HR administration, training and development, and providing strategic HR solutions for organizations of all sizes. Her expertise lies in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee performance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
With a strong background in developing and implementing effective training programs, optimizing HR policies, and leading teams, Shanieka has successfully contributed to both operational efficiency and cultural transformation within various organizations.
Holding an MBA, she brings a combination of business acumen and a deep understanding of the human element within organizations. Her passion for people and commitment to tailored HR strategies have consistently driven measurable results and growth for her clients.
Alecia Thomas

ICWP Office Manager
Alecia Thomas is the Office Manager of The Legacy Case Management Inc. She has been the office manager for 3 ½ years. She received her bachelor’s degree in social science and master’s degree in psychology with the concentration of Adult Education from Troy University. She has 3 years experience with Substance Abuse Counseling. She has 5 years experience with case management. Alecia has a passion for assisting people and working with people in a positive office setting. She believes in true teamwork which where everyone come together as a successful company to help the disabled community of any need.
Lisa Childers

Case Manager/ICWP Trainer
With over 17 years of dedicated experience in case management, Lisa Childers is a distinguished professional in the field. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Psychopathology with a minor in Sociology and Nursing from Gardner-Webb University. As a Senior Case Manager, Lisa leads with a client-centered approach, focusing on tailored care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term goals. Her leadership extends beyond individual case management; she is also known for her mentorship and training of case managers and her contributions to the development of best practices within her organization.
Tiffany Williams

Medicaid Biller
Tiffany Williams is responsible for monthly Medicaid billing, ensuring that all necessary and essential documents are entered into the system. Additionally, she reaches out to potential clients to assist with completing applications and determining their eligibility for ICWP services.
Jessalyn Ramos

Auditor/Compliance
Jessalyn Ramos has been serving as an Auditor and Compliance Specialist since 2022, bringing a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her role. She excels in ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting thorough audits, and implementing effective compliance strategies. Jessalyn's commitment to accuracy and integrity has been instrumental in supporting organizational accountability and continuous improvement.

With over a decade of experience, Cashmere Bacoy has established herself as a leader in team management, training, and administrative support. Her background reflects a dedication to empowering teams, refining workflows, and delivering exceptional results. Known for her strategic thinking and hands-on approach, Cashmere is committed to achieving excellence and fostering long-term success.

A'Jasah Burkes

Case Manager
A'Jasah is a proud native born and raised in Americus, Georgia. She received her undergraduate education from Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (major) and Sociology (minor). With 5 years of experience in social service and case management settings, A'Jasah prides herself in servicing those clients of various backgrounds from the most vulnerable to the disabled and to those entering back into society from incarceration sentences with the ultimate goal of all populations being to enhance the lives of others by meeting them where they are at the moment. Over the years, she has gained wisdom from each position she has held and continues to utilize this as an ICWP case manager to which she has been a part of the LEGACY for 2 years.
Amina Mullgrav

Case Manager
Amina Mullgrav is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in social work and case management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Widener University. Although she is a new Case Manager with Legacy, Amina brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set to her role.
Brianna Jessie

Case Manager
Brianna Jessie has been a part of the LEGACY family for 2 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Master's Degree in Social Work. With 9 years of experience in the social service field, Brianna has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental and physical disabilities. She is deeply passionate about helping others and advocating for those who may not have a voice.
Brittany Jessie

Case Manager
Brittany Jessie is a native of Dawson, GA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Middle Georgia State College. With over 10 years of experience in case management, she has worked with children, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly. Brittany is passionate about advocating for the rights and needs of her clients and the communities she serves. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Chalise Nelson

Case Manager
Chalise was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is currently getting her MSW from Denver University. She has been a Case Manager at The Legacy Case Management Inc for 8 years and is dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and to timeliness of services. She loves to interact with people and learn new things.
Darcell Colbert

Darcell Colbert
Darcell Colbert is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I currently reside in Fairburn, Ga. I have two adult sons. I attended undergraduate school at Tuskegee University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social work. I attended graduate school at Atlanta University School of Social Work with a Master’s degree in Social Work. My background is in Medical Social Work. I have twenty eight years of experience in Medical Social Work and seven years experience working with ICWP clients. My experiences include, working with HIV+/AIDS patients at HCA West Paces Ferry Hospital , Renal Social Work with Dialysis Clinic patients, and currently retired from Grady Hospital after twenty one years of service. All of my life I have loved helping others. My motto is “ if you put the client first, everything else will follow”.

Raina Fielding

Case Manager
Raina started with the Legacy in November of 2019. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Albany State University. Raina has extensive case management experience, and she is dedicated and committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Sherica Bell

Case Manager
Sherica Bell is an ICWP Case Manager with Legacy, bringing a wealth of experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse fields since 2014. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Capella University in 2021. Sherica is passionate about assisting those in need and eager to help individuals seeking support. She takes pride in offering a listening ear and using critical thinking skills to effectively address challenges.
Sabrina Stewart

Case Manager
Sabrina Stewart is a dedicated Case Manager who is deeply committed to addressing the physical, social, and emotional needs of her members. With certification and experience in Adult and Youth Mental Health, she has been able to provide comprehensive support to those in need. A proud HBCU graduate of Morris Brown College, Sabrina also holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University.
Sandette Milton

Case Manager
Sandette Milton has over 23 years of experience in the social service field. Her diverse background includes working with the Department of Family and Children Services, the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, and the Independent Care Waiver program.
Terrance Langston

Case Manager
Terrance is from Decatur, Georgia and has been with since June 2020. He received his B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education from Kennesaw State University. He prides herself in serving clients by enhancing their lives and evaluating options and services required to meet optimum health and human service needs while treating them with dignity, respect, and integrity. He is self-motivated with relevant experience in case management, education, and related proficiencies in working with disabled individuals

Case Manager

Kimberly, a proud native of Albany, Georgia, has been an integral part of Legacy for several years. She earned her B.S. degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Troy University and is dedicated to enriching the lives of those she serves. With a strong focus on assessing options and services to support optimal health and human service needs, she approaches every client with dignity, respect, and integrity. As part of a company deeply committed to service, Kimberly strives to uphold and reinforce this dedication, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support.
